We understand that life sometimes goes differently than what we planned. If you need to cancel your reservation, we will work with you under the following parameters…
10 days or less prior to your arrival date, there is no refund.
More than 10 days prior to your arrival date – full refund less 10%
Early Departures/Daily Campers – considered a cancellation, no refund or credit for your early departure.
Early Departures/Monthly Campers – considered a cancellation; the rate will change to the daily rate rather than the monthly rate. Your refund will be prorated for the number of days you occupy the site. The balance due must be paid in full before departure.
